Filtering the paint material before painting is recommended, especially in the area of high-gloss paintwork, and should ideally be carried out in three steps.
First, the rough filtering during pre-dilution and filling into the ring main stations.
In this step, the paint material is pre-filtered during decanting using our screen gauze, which can be ordered almost infinitely.
Our screen gauzes can be purchased from the roll by the meter or can be convected to a specific size on request.
Filtering is ideally done with a suitable container attachment, which can be supplied by FAS.
This turns the filtering process into an easy, safe process.
The screen gauzes are technically clean and durable, with different mesh sizes, and are offered as disposable screens.
All screen gauzes are available for solvent-based paints, UV paints, as well as water-based paints and metallics.
