WIDER1A R - automatic spray gun

The automatic spray guns in the WIDER1A series are designed for installation and operation in automatic painting lines in the general industrial sector, such as lifting devices and coating robots. The reduced diameter models are especially suitable for painting small objects. This new series is available with either omnidirectional or round jet models.
New material setting design
The new material setting for the WIDER1A has been improved and simplifies disassembly. This is now possible without the use of tools.
Needle seal
The part of the seal that blocks the paint flow is made of a special composite material with rubber and fluorinated resin. The choice of components and their combination ensure a longer service life for the seal itself.
Refinement of the jet adjustment options
The new development ensures a linear response of the regulation and makes operation easier and more intuitive than the previous version.
